How it Works

1. Choose your picnic.
Browse all of our picnic packages and pick the one that best fits your party. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, reach out to us on our contact page so we can better assist your custom request.
Once you’ve picked the package you like, move on to customize it!

2. Customize it.
Customizing your picnic is the best part. Complete with a variety of add-on options, you’ll have everything you need from extra umbrellas to cornhole, food options, etc. Check out our add-on menu to browse your options.
Explore additional add-on experiences to elevate your picnic. Some of these experiences include a guided hike, a yoga course, an interactive workshop, etc.
Once you’ve browsed all the add-on options, make your way to the booking page.

3. Book it!
You’re now ready to book your picnic! Once you’ve created your picnic, you’ll be directed to our scheduling portal. Select the date and time slot you’d like your picnic to be, after choosing you’ll be directed to our payment section. Once your payment has been processed your picnic will be immediately scheduled. Note, if you do not see your preferred picnic date or time slot it may be booked by another guest.
After your payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent. If you have any issues upon booking, please feel free to contact us.
Additional Information
24 Hours Prior Reminder
We want to make sure you’re ready for your picnic. With that in mind, a Tahoe Elevated Picnics (TEP) team member will reach out to you via email/text to confirm your picnic 24 hours in advance.
Day of Email/Text
On the day of your picnic, a TEP team member will contact you to relay any specifics such as locations, pier numbers, parking instructions, etc. In addition, a team member will be at your picnic location until you arrive to protect all equipment and to ensure your experience goes accordingly.
